Qualification Description
Graduate Diploma of Management (Learning) is a qualification that focuses on how knowledge is built, retained and shared within Australian organisations. This qualification is applicable across industries and sectors. It provides a solid grounding and depth of understanding of practical business strategies, applications, and a broad range of theory. This mid-level postgraduate qualification can be taken standalone or as part of the pathway to MBA. Recognition of Prior Learning and Credit Transfer
Eligible students can apply for RPL. All RPL applications must be supported by verifiable required evidence. RPL assessment fee applies.
Credit transfer is available if the unit code and unit titles are of exact match.

Entry Requirements
Entry to this qualification is limited to those who at least:
- Have completed a qualification equivalent to Australian Advanced Diploma level (AQF Level 6) or higher. OR
- Have four years equivalent full-time relevant workplace experience in the field of organisational learning and capability development.
In addition to above they must at least:
- Have demonstrated an IELTS level at score of least 6.0 or equivalent (test results must be no more than 2 years old) or demonstration of successful completion of at least General English at Advanced or English for Academic Purposes Advanced level.
- Have a suitable level of language, literacy and numeracy to complete course requirements with or without the additional support that Barton College is able to provide.
- Have successfully completed Australian year 12 or equivalent.
- Are at least at age of 18 on the date of course commencement.
- Must have sound digital literacy and access to working internet.
- Please Note: All the students commencing this course are required to complete the LLN test on the orientation day to assist Barton College to identify student's needs for additional support during their study with the Barton College. If the student is opting ELICOS packaged with any vocational course, the student is required to demonstrate IELTS of 5.0 or equivalent.
For the purposes of entry into this qualification a degree, advanced diploma or diploma from any jurisdiction (country of origin) is acceptable. Work experience at sufficient complexity will be assessed using a process similar to RPL.
